OISIN - F H Ayres plain carved swingstand
Oisin is a 48 inch FH Ayres swingstand in original condition. He has a broken jaw and a broken ear. He has been cosmetically restored but leaving his original paintwork. There is a stencil on the base of his stand BARKERS - KENSINGTON, which was a department store that the horse would have been retailed through. The store was founded in 1870 and was subsequently part of the House of Fraser chain.
